My husband and I started having this ‘Celery and Mint’ juice a few of weeks ago. In the beginning it was just celery and we didn’t like the taste of it. But! Add Mint and Lemon juice and voila! We got the drink we love, which is why it found its way in the blog. Have it first drink in the morning and no one needs to tell you it is a detox drink – feel it for yourself. More refreshing than the word refreshing itself.
Health Benefits of Celery and Mint Juice
Celery is rich in Vitamins, and Folate. Since it is low in sodium, and high in Potassium it is also good for muscle cramps. Mint and Lemon juice add that refreshing flavor but also Vitamin C. So, this Celery and Mint juice can be your early morning immunity booster shot too.

Diet:
Vegan, Gluten-Free
Ingredients
-
1 rib (one stick) of celery: make sure that it is fresh- bright green, not browned.
-
1 medium lemon
-
2 large glasses of water
-
1 bunch of mint leaves (10-15 leaves)
Step 1
From the Celery bunch, separate a stick or stalk/rib. Remove the leaves. We will use 1 clean branch, close to 8 inch for this juice.
Step 2
Wash thoroughly and add to a high power blender or juicer. I use Vitamix for juicing. Now squeeze lemon juice into the blender. Or, just peel the lemon, chop it into pieces and add to the blender.
Step 3
Lastly, add mint leaves and water to the blender. Blend them all to form the juice.
