Here is a short course diving into Gluten (a protein in Wheat, Barley, and Rye), how to get tested, what choices you can make for managing chronic disease, and more. The course takes a balanced approach regarding Gluten, and I hope it helps you decide wisely. 

    It might not be news to you that excess Gluten in our diets is known to affect our gut and cause inflammation. A few years ago, I used to think that Gluten-free is a type of fad diet for weight loss. But three years ago, I faced chronic inflammation and autoimmune disorders (Read: About me).

    Now, after facing inflammation flare-ups due to excess Gluten, researching and studying intensely, I have a more nuanced stand. As you would guess, like most things, one size fits all is also valid for Gluten.

    Depending upon your situation – vis-à-vis your health condition and how busy you are managing your meals, your choice regarding Gluten may vary. However, what is essential is to be informed and then decide for yourself.
