It might not be news to you that excess Gluten in our diets is known to affect our gut and cause inflammation. A few years ago, I used to think that Gluten-free is a type of fad diet for weight loss. But three years ago, I faced chronic inflammation and autoimmune disorders (Read: About me).
Now, after facing inflammation flare-ups due to excess Gluten, researching and studying intensely, I have a more nuanced stand. As you would guess, like most things, one size fits all is also valid for Gluten.
Depending upon your situation – vis-à-vis your health condition and how busy you are managing your meals, your choice regarding Gluten may vary. However, what is essential is to be informed and then decide for yourself.
